What We Do

 

R&D Support

We are responsible for supporting the overall operations of the research center, including intellectual property (IP) management, sustainability (CSR/ESG) and environmental compliance, and national standards and certification activities.

Product Development

We establish product specifications and technology strategies based on customer requirements, plan new products, and develop circuits, mechanical designs, and embedded software. We are also responsible for securing global certifications, transferring products to mass production, and developing in-vehicle charging, power-control systems and various automotive electronic modules.

Advanced R&D

We are responsible for developing advanced technologies in areas such as EV wireless charging and robotics by planning new business initiatives, establishing domestic and global partnerships, engaging in standardization activities, and participating in national R&D projects. These technologies are then commercialized into our own proprietary solutions.

Sales

We secure business continuity through project acquisition activities such as identifying new customers, while maximizing revenue and improving profitability by managing customer demand and supply throughout the entire business cycle.

Procurement

We contribute to operating profit by securing cost competitiveness and driving value innovation (VI) activities. Our responsibilities include establishing bidding, contract, and SCM strategies, as well as managing the full outsourcing process from supplier selection to ongoing operations and continuous improvement.

Manufacturing / Quality

We are responsible for ensuring product quality across all stages from development to pre-mass production by establishing manufacturing and quality strategies, conducting product reliability testing, obtaining and maintaining quality certifications, responding to customer audits, and managing claims.

Corporate Support

We are responsible for supporting the company’s stable growth through capital financing, financial and tax management, HR operations and policy design, enterprise IT planning and information security, as well as company-wide administrative support and overall environment, health, and safety (EHS) management.
